Ask a Question

The links we add to text do not show up in the published versions. They are completely blacked out. Any ideas?

See attached for example. This seems very deliberate so is it linked to us using the free plan, rather than paid subscription?

Hello Rachel.przeslawski,

Please provide an actual live website link (URL), where we can see your issue in action.
Please attach your site exported as a project here, and we will check.

we are on a WordPress website so aren’t using the Nicepage online or desktop editor.

Our website developer has a Nicepage premium account while the website admins (i.e. me) do not. Would this make a difference?

Hello Rachel,

If you want, he can try logging in to your wordpress and trying to log in to the Nicepage plugin (by his own account, credentials of NP) and he can check this easily.

Please provide access to the admin area (Website Link with email & password), and we will check inside WordPress.
