Animation Delays smaller than full seconds?

Dear Developers,

since the new dialogue for animations, it is not possible anymore to make delays shorter than one second, e.g. 0.5 seconds, 0.25 seconds or similar. You can only choose full seconds. In some occasions this is by far too long though, for example if you want to flip up several cards in a row. Visitors do not want to wait for 4 seconds in case of 4 cards.

Can this be fixed?

Please provide an exported block or page, and we will check it.

We checked it and it is possible 0.5 sec also. Please see the Screenshots.
