Ask a Question

Dear Administrator!

I would like your help/advice on the following:

I am building a site where you can apply for quite a lot of courses. The way I would like to solve this is to create a Pricing Table block that I would like to modify so that I name the individual items with the names of the courses and when they click the "get plan" button for that course, it will push them to a contact form subpage where they can enter their details using a contact form. Now I record in the contact form the course (e.g. computer maintenance) that the person has clicked on. My question is do I need to create a separate contact form subpage for each course (e.g. electrical installation, computer maintenance etc...) or is there a way for the contact form to detect which button has been clicked and only allow registration for the course that applies to it?

Thanks in advance for your reply!

Hi, Horogh,

To achieve what you want, you can create Modal Popups with contact forms, but unfortunately, emails do not record the exact Modal Popup from which a visitor submits a form. In this case, I suggest creating a separate page for each item (you can see a page in received emails) or adding a single contact form with a dropdown list of all items.

Alternatively, you can add your items to products, and display them through the Product List Element or a store page. In this case, visitors can directly buy your items.

Let us know if you need our further help!
