I cannot load and work with NIcepage

I have been using Nicepage since 2021 to design a website and upload to the net.
Today when I tried to use Nicepage I cannot access my pages. The program indicates it is "Loading" but freezes at this point.

I have been using Nicepage since 2021 to design a website and upload to the net. Today when I tried to use Nicepage I cannot access my pages. The program indicates it is "Loading" but freezes at this point.
Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Sometimes clicking on the Nicepage logo on the top left helps.

Thanks for contacting us!

  1. Make sure that you are running the latest version of Nicepage. Nicepage releases updates regularly to fix bugs and improve performance. You can check for updates by going to Help > Check for Updates.
  2. Disable your antivirus software temporarily. Antivirus software can sometimes interfere with Nicepage. If you are still having trouble opening Nicepage after disabling your antivirus software, you can try whitelisting the Nicepage application.
  3. Please click the Nicepage icon during the Loading process and log into Nicepage after that, sometimes this is helpful.
