I am using a Nicepage Theme Header and Footer but the client has created more pages in Wordpress and I am unable to add these to the menu. You can add them as normal menu options but the drop down menu does not work if you add the pages in wordpress. I cannot update the theme in desktop because these pages don't exist and I cannot import new pages as the content as been changed in Wordpress please advise as to how I can edit the theme header and footer in wordpress.

Hi Debra,

Have you added these pages in the menu using the WP Appearance >> Menus option? You can add new menu items there.
If this does not help provide an access to the site backend, mention what exact menu items you need to add and provide screenshots showing the issue on your end.

I have tried adding the new pages in the WP appearance menu's pages appear in top end but drop down menu does not work. See attached video. No new pages and drop down menu is visible.

Hello,

What Menu Levels option is selected in the Nicepage editor?

It looks like you selected a one-level menu.
