Yes, at this moment there is no such possibility to set the exact number of degrees, how much you need to rotate the line. But you can rotate the line by taking it by the edge and moving in the necessary direction (Drag'n'Drop option).

Could you please attach a few screenshots that will demonstrate what exactly you need to achieve?
Also please note, you can't rotate all other objects except the line. And this option is already in our wishlist.
