I am not able to use your product because features are not active. I bought it to install and use on my laptop. Your email says it's activated yet the product says it is not activated. I'd like to get going on my project but will cancel and ask for $$ back if not helped real soon.

Hi Pat,

Please try to re-login in Nicepage. For this follow these steps:
- Open Nicepage (Desktop or CMS plugin)
- Logout
- Login under the email you used to register in our system and purchased the license
- Activate.

This should help. Please let us know if the issue continues.

You have two accounts in our system.
Please log out from your account in the Desktop app and log in again with the sap... account.
