Hi Pat,
Please try to re-login in Nicepage. For this follow these steps:
- Open Nicepage (Desktop or CMS plugin)
- Logout
- Login under the email you used to register in our system and purchased the license
- Activate.
This should help. Please let us know if the issue continues.
