Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us

Several factors could contribute to this, such as heavy page content like images, videos, or maps. To troubleshoot and improve performance, we suggest the following steps:

  • Check the memory and CPU resources in your system's task manager to see if they are being heavily utilized.
  • Close all other applications running concurrently with Nicepage to free up system resources for testing.
  • If possible, temporarily disable your antivirus software to see if it's affecting the app's performance.
  • Sometimes, performance issues can be related to limited CPU time, especially if your device is older or has lower processing power.

Does it change the performance speed? Also, does the app slow down if you have a blank website with no elements, or is it happening with a website with lots of elements and blocks?

By following these steps, you can identify any potential bottlenecks and take appropriate actions to improve the speed and responsiveness of your app. Contact our support team for further assistance and guidance if the issue persists.

Sincerely,
Ahmad.
