When I respond to a pop-up-box to install an update, I get an error saying that it can not run the uninstall program. I select Ignore and it installs the update I think.

Hello Richard,

Thanks for reaching out to us

This error could indicate a problem with the uninstallation process of the previous version of Nicepage. To ensure that the update is installed correctly and to prevent any potential issues, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Close any running instances of Nicepage or other related programs before installing the update.
  2. Try running the update installation process again. If you encounter the same error message, try selecting "Ignore" once more to see if the update is complete successfully.
  3. After installing the update, restart your computer to ensure any changes take effect.
  4. Once your computer has restarted, open Nicepage to verify that the update was applied correctly and that the program functions as expected.

If you continue to experience issues or if the error persists, please don't hesitate to contact Nicepage support for further assistance. They can provide you with additional troubleshooting steps or guidance to resolve the issue.

Sincerely,
Ahmad.
