hello,

I have linked my own custom domain through the online builder. However now when I want to continue building / switch to the desktop version the desktop version does not show the custom domain. Also, I cannot link the custom domain via the desktop version because this has already been done via the online version.

How do I get the 2 builders synchronized with each other? I would like to use the desktop variant because the online variant still has bugs like not showing images in the category filter.

I hope you can help me.

okay,

So how do I solve the problem I have now?
Because this means that I

  1. can't get the desktop version working because it doesn't show the custom domain.

  2. I have a not fully working website because there is apparently still a bug in your system that prevents the photos in the product category filter from loading.

Hope you can help me further.

Hello Remco,

You need to unpublish your site with an online builder, after erasing the custom domain name in the site settings and unbound it so the custom domain will be disconnected.
See attached screenshots.
After the domain name is disconnected, you will be able to add this domain name to your published site with desktop application.

Hello Remco, You need to **unpublish** your site with an online builder, after erasing the custom domain name in the site settings and **unbound** it so the custom domain will be disconnected. See attached screenshots. After the domain name is disconnected, you will be able to add this domain name to your published site with desktop application. I went through the steps as described above. However now when I want to publish the site via the desktop app I get an error ' Please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again

Another message I get is: An error occurred while publishing files. Please try again.

Can you help me solve this problem ASAP?

Hello Remco,

Can you explain to me how unbounding the custom domain works?
You need to open Publish with online builder > select custom domain name > configure > erase the name and click save, after the screen from the previous message appears.

We can see the new site https://aircostunternederland29521.nicepage.io/ and connected https://aircostunternederland.nl/, you will need to wait until a new SSL is added.

Let us know if any further assistance is required.
