w jaki sposób mogę wprowadzić różne odmiany tego samego produktu? Chciałabym umieścić na stronie konfigurator (ten sam produkt w różnych kolorach), który prowadzi użytkownika przez proces wyceny. Cena produktu będzie zależna od wybranego koloru.

You can try to use the product variations sub-element on the product details page template. The different pricing is then configured in CMS. In HTML Store this option is not yet realized. So you will need to add variations are separate products.
