recover nicepage project via files

Dear Team Nicepage

Yesterday there was a update in my laptop, and thereafter my laptop was not working. The Service Centre could not rectify the issue and hence formatted the PC

I have always regularly updated and accepted the option to backup the nicepage files, so Is there any method i can access the nicepage project? I have the html files of project but nicepage won't import them even if I zip them.

I have checked on online panel and there is no backup available.

So please help in this case as the website files are very important and urgent. I have somehow managed to access the html file but i need nicepage project file to import in nicepage application.

Also please advice if there is any option for online backup to avoid any future loss of data.

Hello Lata,

You can check the backups, files should be stored in your main Nicepage folder, like Nicepage Templates.

If the project file cannot be copied into the online builder you can also check the deleted files in the dashboard.

You can copy your site into an online builder or better keep your project files or folders saved with any external drive/cloud/folder.

Hello Lata,

So you do not have any backup files, or any projects exported earlier to another folder except for Nicepage. All that data with your application stored files is gone and you have only files export to HTML.
In this case, you would need to recreate your project from the start, and copy each element you have with your HTML pages like text images etc.
Please note, that we do not have access to the user's data stored on the PC.
