Hide or disable a block

Could you please specify for what purpose do you need it? In general, there is such a possibility to hide bloсk, just choose needed block and on the right panel enable the option "Hide on Mobile" for all responsive modes.

Yes, you can do that with the Hide On option. But maybe it is easier to recreate the block once in a year when you need it.

To found this option you need to select your block.
On the panel on the right scroll to the bottom of the settings and you will see the "Hide on devices" option.
When you click on this option you will be able to choose on which devices you want to hide your block - select all of them.
