I purchased the lifetime license earlier this year, but the system indicates that I am subscribed for only one year.

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

Hello THABANG,

The lifetime license is for the desktop app. When your included year of updates expires, you can continue using that last version.
License or Subscription, hosting is valid for one year, same as updates. If the updates are active, hosting is working. If updates are expired, hosting won't be supported after that.
Otherwise, with the Lifetime plan, you can have your hosting where you can upload your websites.
From the second year, your account will be charged automatically with a 25% discount on the initial annual price.
You can disable the Auto-renewal in your Profile at any time.
