The tech support completely abandoned the request to solve a problem with theme update for my WP. Once the new theme was updated and uploaded, my shopping cart stopped working. No details, no paypal buttons, no add to cart button. This issue lots of other people are having without clear resolution. The technical support was deserted and no response after several attmepts to reinitiate the communication.
