You may need to press verify again in the project file and repeat the process. Right after the user of sales@lsco.group presses the link in the email to confirm verification, the email in the project should change the status. Restart the application if need to see the changes.

Please check with any other email address and ask for complete access to the mailbox, you will be able to add a new email address with your contact form with your project and press verify email from one device. Email box access can be changed after.
