1) Will I have access to all the "ultimate" features?
Yes. In the desktop app, if you do not update to the latest version after the expiration date.
2) Will the ecommerce features of the WooCommerce and VirtueMart Themes remain unchanged?
Yes. If you do not update the plugins after the expiration date.
3) Will Nicepage's recent direct ecommerce functionality also remain unchanged?
Mainly, yes. There may be changes in details.
4) Will the 25,000 Form submissions per month per site remain unchanged?
No. The submissions are part of the subscription part of the license.
5) Will I be able to renew the annual "ultimate" at a later stage at any time?
Yes.
