The link URL is not visible when hovering over an image link but is visible when hovering over a text link, is a standard browser behavior and is not specific to Joomla 4 or Joomla 3.
In most web browsers, when you hover over a text link, the browser's default behavior is to display the link URL in the status bar or at the bottom of the browser window, the link type is href.
However, when you hover over an image link, the browser typically does not display the link URL. Image link URLs are added with data-href link type.
This behavior is designed to provide users with additional context when hovering over text links, which can be helpful for understanding where the link will take them. However, since images do not have text content, displaying the link URL when hovering over an image link may not provide as much useful information to users.
