Trouble with Activating License

Hi,

I currently have a Nicepage Business Plan, but I'm working in Wordpress using the Nicepage plugin. I recently updated the plugin, but now it refuses to recognize that I have a premium subscription, making it all but impossible to use the plug-in in Wordpress. The only option it gives me is to "upgrade" or contact support. I already have a plan that works for me, but for whatever reason, the plug-in refuses to recognize I have upgraded beyond the starter version. Please let me know what I can do to fix this so that I can get back to working on my site.

Hi Colin,

As I see, you have the subscription for the hosting plan for nicepage.com online editor. If you need to work with WP, you need to have another license:
https://nicepage.com/premium

Please let me know if you do not need your hosting subscription and need a license for the desktop application and site plug-ins.

Ahh, ok!

I wasn't aware that there were different subscriptions for hosting and design. Is that a recent change?

I have no idea why I would have signed up for a hosting subscription, as I typically host my own sites. I'm trying Nicepage for this particular project and I much prefer to use the Wordpress plug-in. Would it be possible to change my subscription over to the design equivalent?

Hi Colin,

I'm terribly sorry for the delay in replying. I have contacted our sales department and they agreed to close your hosting subscription and give you the Business license with the free updates till June 2020 (corresponding to the amount you have initially paid for the hosting subscription).
Please activate the desktop application now.
