Ask a Question

Hello, I have a quick question
Once the customer enters this information in the contact form, I see it well after in the contact form. My question is that afterwards I would like to contact them via newsletters and send them emails automatically. Is this possible from your site?

Hello Anthony,

Thanks for reaching out to us

Yes, collecting customer information via your contact form and then using it to send newsletters and automated emails is possible. However, this functionality typically requires integration with email marketing services or plugins.

If you're using a platform like WordPress, several plugins can help you achieve this, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Sendinblue. These plugins allow you to capture email addresses from your contact form submissions and then use them to send newsletters and automated emails.

Alternatively, if you're using a custom-built website, you may need to use a third-party email marketing service that offers integration options. Once integrated, you can set up automated email campaigns based on their contact form submissions to engage with your customers.

Sincerely,
Ahmad.
