I've purchased the premium plan but can't create a new site despite the 10-site allowance. It prompts me to upgrade. Please advise urgently.

We can see that your Nicepage premium plan is active.

Furthermore, we can see that you’ve created more than 10 websites in the Nicepage Online Builder. You can delete those which you don’t need or create your websites in the Nicepage Desktop app.
