We do not have functionality for creating multilingual sites. But if you are using some cMS you can try to use ready plug-ins for multilingual websites for your CMS.

I mean that Nicepage can export WordPress and Joomla themes and if you are using one of those CMSs then you can try the appropriate multilingual plug-ins for your CMS and check if it works with Nicepage.
