Looks like this is a WP site. Just export the theme from the application with the activated license and import it on the site. Also to edit the site content you would need to log into the Nicepage plug-in.

On the site, you can open any Nicepage page for editing, the Nicepage plug-in will start automatically and will offer you to log in. In case it does not do it, check the Profile area and if you see your current account already listed, then you are already logged in.
