Do you mean some text that appears on hover? There is no such option in the application. It is in our wishlist.

I mean that before it was possible with the last update I can no longer add text to a photo, so that when you move over with your mouse this text will appear.

Previously you could add text when adding a hyperlink now you can only add a hyperlink but no more text

Sorry for the delay. Our developers reported that they removed this option as rarely used, unfortunately.
