there is no size restriction listed that would effect things. the video files are less than 10mb, and the site in question is called:

REEBITT_Red_castle and is hosted from online editor

as a matter of fact its neither of the three mentioned

basically if you go to

on a mobile browser it fails to load all videos
on a desktop browser it also fails sometimes

i have tested it with other free hosts and all have the same issue, video files dont all load and play?
