Unfortunately, the WordPress plugin does not support exporting including exporting Nicepage Projects. Only Nicepage projects can be imported back to the Nicepage Desktop app or Online Builder.

There is no export for the project in WordPress, however, you can export pages and blocks.

What exact .xml file and where do you want to transfer? There is no way to export project from WP and import in Nicepage.

Let me clarify a bit, you have edited the Content in WP, but it cannot be imported back in Nicepage. But you need to make edits in the Theme only (like header, footer and blog and post templates) you can open your old project in Nicepage. make edits to the templates, export Theme only (do not include content and plug-in) and install the theme on your site. This will update the theme and won't repace the content that you have edited on your site.
