Steps to troubleshoot, take a moment to return to your website and see if the 503 error is gone. If it is, you’ve successfully fixed the issue. If not, continue on to the next step in the process.
Temporarily Deactivate Your Plugins
Deactivate Your Website Theme
Temporarily Disable Your Content Delivery Network (CDN)
Limit the WordPress ‘Heartbeat’ API
Increase Your Server’s Resources
Review Your Logs and Enable WP_DEBUG
