since I am using the contact form, the IP of the sender
is transmitted to Nicepage.io.
An AV contract must therefore be concluded.

If I understand correctly, the data is located in Frankfurt.

Do you have a prepared contract?
What data do you collect?

Karl-Heinz,

We collect only IPs used to filter spam from one address and only when a contact form is submitted. If your site visitor refuses the consent agreement, the form submission will not work, and we will not recognize and, therefore, will not collect the IP.

You can specify this fact in the message of your GDPR popup.
