body encroaching on header

the first body block on my page is encroaching on the header space. I move it but it keeps going back when I publish. any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

this appears to be only occurring on mobile phone screens in real life, not on the nicepage internal viewer.

this issue was resolved by clearing the cache.
