Please advise how we can retain all the functionality of Nicepage, without Nicepage doing the hosting.
In other words I want to host both the construction and deployment of my websites.

Do you mean that you want to host the site on your own hosting? Just export the theme in any desired format and then upload to your hosting.

Please note that the limitation of 5Gb is only for the Nicepage Hosting, there are no any limitations for websites that will be hosted on any third-party hosting's.
Let us know, does there are any other limitations that you are concerned about so we can provide all the information needed.

Now do you understand all I want is to get rid of your upload size restrictions. I host all my own websites. I will not be using Nicepage for the finished website.

So you want to host HTML site on your own hosting? Please export the theme as HTML and upload it on your hosting. If you mean that you want to have Nicepage editor as in the online builder with our hosting, this is not available for HTML sites hosted on third-party hostings. You can consider creating WP or Joomla site with the ability to use Nicepage plug-in on the site to edit the site content.
