Thanks for reaching out to us

The licensee doesn’t expire after one year. One year is a period of the updates. Therefore license will work indefinitely with last Nicepage version.

Contact form will continue to work, but it depends on the form submission that you are going to choose. Email form submission and Google sheets submission won’t work if the updates are expires.
