I just got PERSONAL subscription license purchased for 1 year. I used some templates when I select a website frame.
Question - Those pictures that I will be using, are those licensed as well to be used for my website when I published?

Images taken from Freepik that come with the predesigned theme should be linked to Freepik.
According to their privacy rules, attribution is required, you can place the link in your footer for example, please check more here - https://support.freepik.com/s/article/Attribution-How-when-and-where?language=en_US
Pictures in the tab Free can be used without crediting the author, see attached.
You can use them on sites that you make for your individual clients. The resale of images in any form is prohibited.
