According to the screenshot, you set an inappropriate name for the exported file. Please pay attention to the message (The theme name may contain only..) and enter another name according to it. In your case, it can be ATEKDigitalMarketing.

You have exported the plug-in only without the theme? In this case make sure that you are adding it using WP >> Plugins >> New >> Upload option.
