Exporting to HTML

Good Afternoon

I am racking my brain to try and find out how to export just the page i have modified, to then be able to upload it to my hosting site

everytime i export to html is exports the whole site, which is very time consuming, especially when im doing lots of incremental changes that i want to see if they work.

Am i doing something wrong ?
