Ask a Question

Greeting,

I'm new to this site, otherwise I'm a developer. I am developing a website for a company and I liked one of your templates. I edited it using your editor and downloaded the project, HTML+css+ everything else... Then I wrote my JavaScript offline and added my own images (I didn't use any of yours). I wonder if I have the right to publish that page on the domain of that company and under what conditions?

Hello Filip,

Thanks for your interest in Nicepage.

Better will be if you add JS and HTML or CSS inside a project, in the specific boxes, where it must be added. Also, you can upload and change images when you working in an online editor or in a Desktop App.

For now, if you export as HTML, you can not import it again in the Nicepage editor it will be online or desktop, you can import only Nicepage Project.
On the other way, if you export as a Nicepage Project and change what you want, you can still upload it in the Nicepage editor and publish it on hosting.
But is not recommended to change something in files from outside, better is to add code in the editor inside.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Sincerely,
George.

Thanks for the quick reply, I'm interested in a few more questions

  1. Is there a limit on how many pages I can create with the initial account

  2. My client already owns the domain and hosting and it would be much easier for us if I download the project after finishing the page and place it directly on his hosting, is that allowed? In that case, I will also add JS to the online editor.

  3. I saw in previous posts that it is necessary to keep the mark at the bottom of the page if I do not own one of the paid accounts, my question is since I am creating a page for a client, what if I buy a paid account for a year, in that time I sell the page to client, but I don't extend my account next year, is the client then required to add a mark at the bottom of the page to their existing page?

Filip,

RE1: 1 site, 5 pages, 10 blocks per page.

RE2: It is better to use the app, as you will have better control. You can export HTML with added JS from the app, and online editor.

RE3: No.

Alan R.
