Hi. I would like to have videos on my website that are larger than 10Mb, but I don't want to use Youtube or other such sites because it puts my logo top left of the video, which is undesirable on other peoples websites.
I tried loading it as a url to a video that is on my host server, but it only offers it as as download. I would like to play it directly from the host.
You suggested using PHP, but I can't find any scripts anywhere for this.

Just upload your video, and use its URL in the video element.
