Ask a Question

I have Mac and Windows PCs and I would like to share the projects between this PCs. I tried to use a shared folder on a server. But it does not work nicely, I loose saved work when I switch between the two devices. (always using only one device). I read that best is to use Export/Import function - but if I check the exported zip file then it is nothing different that the folder but in zipped format?

So my question is: is the data format the same on Windows and macOS platform? can they be transfered between without problems? What is the best solution to share the projects?

You need to use the exported backup Project file and move that between computers.

Daniel,

You need to export as Nicepage Project and then import as Nicepage Project, you can also try using the online editor, in this way, you will be able to change something from anywhere, by logging into Nicepage. But create backups often for safety.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
The best wishes from Nicepage.
