Dear Nicepage Support Team,

I downloaded the newest version of Nicepage, launched it. I had no Documents/Nicepage. I pressed the Continue button. Now I see a nearly blank window with the word Loading… and no further visual clue that something is happening.
There are almost no menu. Right click context menu does not work. Account menu takes me to my web browser. Clicking nicepage at top right does nothing visible.

Thanks for using Nicepage!

  1. Make sure that you are running the latest version of Nicepage. Nicepage releases updates regularly to fix bugs and improve performance. You can check for updates by going to Help > Check for Updates.

  2. Disable your antivirus software temporarily. Antivirus software can sometimes interfere with Nicepage. If you are still having trouble opening Nicepage after disabling your antivirus software, you can try whitelisting the Nicepage application.

  3. Please click the Nicepage icon during the Loading process and log into Nicepage after that, sometimes this is helpful.
