capabilities of the product

Lot's & Lots & Lots & Lots of MASSIVE CONFUSION surrounding the capabilities of the product, what it can do and how to use it when it comes to working with it and WordPress.

First of all I would like to point out that the documentation is SERIOUSLY LACKING. Aside from a few long and complex and extremely unclear articles on a few ways it can be used, there basically just ISN'T any good documentation AT ALL.

This is your main problem with why so many people write in asking for help.

Your 2nd reason is because while it IS BETTER than MOST other WYSIWYG editors out there (and we all know the reasons why), MUCH of the ACTUAL FUNCTIONALITY is not really very intuitive for non-techies.

It MOSTLY makes sense for other techies who already understand the underpinnings of WordPress theme development, especially how WordPress templates work, but this is a situation where you are too disconnected from too big a portion of your customer base, in that your own personal working knowledge and product experience is blocking you from being able to see and create via Nicepage through the same intuitive steps of the less techie and when you combine this with the lack of good and clear documentation, it has become a serious breeding ground for misinterpretation and misinformation, as AFTER PURCHASE, we all end up finding out that it does NOT do ANY of what you THOUGHT it did, and even if it did, there is no where to learn how to use it properly and so now what to do?

Next stop and last resort, this forum for help and support which after reading many others questions and answers is also SEVERELY LACKING.

I SUGGEST in order to RESOLVE these things and close this gap Nicepage should CREATE A SERIOUS PARTNERSHIP with SOMEONE or MANY PEOPLE, of the NON-TECHIE status, like myself and others that can be even here in this forum to do some USABILITY TESTS and STUDIES and to get this MVP working closer to it's more intuitive natural state, right out the gate to help yourself to better learn your customer base and how they work and think, and then create some good solid documentation surrounding that.

Just my $.02 and not meant to offend anyone, especially Nicepage, but to offer my support and expertise to hopefully help what has already become a top product continue to self actualize into its best version of itself and not to settle in comfort, but continue to strive and innovate, always.

Thanks for reading.
