Plan Upgrade

I'm working in NP and want to create a new website.
It says that I need to upgrade the plan to Pro or higher if I want to create more than 50 websites.
Even after deleting some websites, I can't add more.
Can you explain how it works? What can be done on my end so I can continue using the BUSINESS plan and create new websites without upgrading it?

If you are using the desktop app, you should be able to export a site Project file as a backup, and then delete that site from the dashboard to create a new one.

Okay, I use desktop app but after I deleted some projects, I still have same issue
