Hello Matteo,
Thanks for using Nicepage.
If you using an online editor, you can not do anything just renew, or upgrade your subscription.
If you using the desktop app you need to check the version of Nicepage. If you updated Nicepage by mistake and if you have now 6.3.1 and your subscription was for 6.0.3 you need to install this version. You need to install 6.0.3 or upgrade your license/subscription to work with the latest versions.
Also, describe how websites were gone. they are still there but you can not edit or open it? or they are deleted and you can not see. Please attach screenshots or a short video demonstrating your question for a better understanding.
