Issues in arabic language support

Dear Nicepage,

There are two minor issues which are important for SEO which i hope you fix.

1- Media uploads [ images ] can't be named in arabic letters
2- Can't use HTML Bookmarks with ID and Links for example like this in arabic it is not supported [ https://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_id_bookmark ] ( refernce #C10 ]
