This is a double-edged issue. While it's true that a simple change to a single page or two makes it seem ridiculous to have to upload the entire website, there are reasons why this could be necessary.
For example, let's say you added a new page to your site and only wanted to upload the new page. That's fine for that page, but all the other pages would not be aware of the new one, so your site's menu would be out of date.
Also, as new versions of Nicepage are released, you have no way to know the full reason for the update, and it's conceivable that only uploading a subset of pages after a Nicepage update might "break" the site, if the reason for the update was to change/fix a problem with navigation or content generation.
