You need to PUBLISH your project. When you click on Publish, you will be shown various options, including the WordPress option. When publishing using the WordPress option, Nicepage will create a ZIP FILE, and that is the file that is referenced in step #5 of the Import Theme installation instructions image (2222.jpg).
Reading your question again, it occurs to me you may not have already installed the standard WordPress product in your hosting account. WordPress is a FREE program that can be installed on most hosting accounts. Nicepage produces a THEME FILE that needs to be imported into the WordPress program; but Nicepage doesn't actually include WordPress - WordPress has to be installed separately. When you install WordPress, it will create a administrative account for you and give you the URL you need to login to the WordPress site.

Where do you host your website. I don't know where you're located, but there are a number of popular webhosting companies all over the world, and almost all of them will allow you to install WordPress.
You can search for relevant articles, using search phrases such as "best WordPress hosting"
