PHP element , how to delete

I have added a PHP element, but during the process i have done it 3 times by mistake. Only saw it after publishingh.
Now I want to delete 3 occurrences. (It is a page visit counter)

However, the elements do not show in the page builder, so I can not delete.
I can delete out of the published page, with HTML editor, but I can not HTML edit the page in Nicepage.
So it will come back at every publish.

Please advise how to delete the PHP elements

To find an element, you should switch the editor to the Outline mode and search for a needed element. Please see the attached screenshot:

unfortunately, it did not work.
I did not see the 3 elements, but lost others in the process.

I remade the page from scratch .

As I have rebuilt the page, I need no further assistance, but I will refrain from using php again.
