As we can see, it was designed in your Nicepage Desktop app. Did you check the Nicepage project folder? Check the files by default in the ...\Documents\Nicepage
What do you have in this folder?

Please attach the file that you are trying to restore and show us the screenshots of the error when you are trying to restore it. What your exact steps? Are you trying to import the file project or you are trying to use the backup file?
