Multilanguage in HTML sections

HTML sections cannot be changed in different languages. If I have German on the German side and then switch to English, it still says German, but if I then translate everything on the English side, everything on the German side is in English.

Unfortunately, the HTML element uses the same code for all languages. This is behavior by default.
