What (login/licence) setup does my employee use in Nicepage desktop to be able to adjust/update my site(s).

In general Nicepage Pro and Ultimate licenses include additional (client) licenses so that your clients can edit pages with WordPress and Joomla plugins using their licenses. However, the Client License is not for use with the Nicepage Desktop application.

In case you need to edit the sites created directly in the Nicepages desktop application, you can give the exported sites to your colleague. However, he will need a Nicepages premium plan to have access to other features.
