I am trying to update software but I added a HTML file and now the program stalls (says LOADING) and I even cannot access my other websites I built. I tried erasing the most recent files and that does not help. Fortunately, I did ZIP the websites I want. What to do, for program to access the "menu" of files or to do a complete erasure of software and start over?

Thanks for using Nicepage!

  1. Make sure that you are running the latest version of Nicepage. Nicepage releases updates regularly to fix bugs and improve performance. You can check for updates by going to Help > Check for Updates.
  2. Disable your antivirus software temporarily. Antivirus software can sometimes interfere with Nicepage. If you are still having trouble opening Nicepage after disabling your antivirus software, you can try whitelisting the Nicepage application.
  3. Please click the Nicepage icon during the Loading process and log into Nicepage after that, sometimes this is helpful.
